Yes. Creating an account and listing homes costs nothing, and there is no subscription. Denhunt takes a flat 10% only when you earn an inspection fee.
How and when do I get paid?
When an inspection is completed and confirmed in the app, your fee is released from escrow into your Denhunt wallet. From there you can withdraw to any Nigerian bank account at any time.
What does the renter pay?
The renter pays the inspection fee you set on the listing. It is held in escrow while the inspection happens, and it is refunded to the renter only if the home is not as described.
What do I need to register?
An email address, a phone number and a valid means of identification. Verification keeps the platform trusted for everyone, including you.
Can I list homes anywhere in Nigeria?
